At Games

Since 2001 AtGames is a well-known manufacturer and distributor of arcades, consoles, digital media and interactive entertainment. The company has active partnerships with developers like Sega and FarSight Studios for video game releases distributed along with their gaming consoles. These consoles include classics like Atari, Sega’s Genesis and other original models like their very own Legends Ultimate arcade cabinets, Bandai Namco Arcade Blast, among others.

About the Project

At the beginning of the project, the company required a more defined visual identity that could unify all their products under the AtGames brand. During early stages of the project, I designed a series of branded fact sheets, game lists and documentation of their existing and the upcoming products and services for the following year.

AtGames participated in different tradeshows and events for which I created a series of extra promotional materials such as branded pop up banners for their products:

Initially the client presented an first version of the logo which they were not happy with as they considered it didn’t visually reflect the At Games brand:

To design these logos I kept in mind that Leagues Leaderboards is a competition for AtGames fans and that the main goal is to motivate the participants to receive a prize. Therefore, I created a series of branded AtGames medals that reflected these …

To design these logos I kept in mind that Leagues Leaderboards is a competition for AtGames fans and that the main goal is to motivate the participants to receive a prize. Therefore, I created a series of branded AtGames medals that reflected these concepts and used the elements the client requested.

The client approved this concept and a new iteration of option B was requested:

The final logo proposals referenced an arcade’s joystick and it had 3 different variations for the Silver and Gold winners.
